| 投资基金“老鼠仓”问题及其治理研究 摘要 在金融市场快速发展的前提下，投资基金对于金融市场的稳定发展具有重要现实意义。为进一步发挥金融市场的积极作用，本文以投资基金中的“老鼠仓”作为研究对象，客观地分析了金融市场的经营发展过程中存在不足及其产生的原因，在此基础上，结合国内外先进模式和成功经验，就投资基金“老鼠仓”的问题提供一些可行性治理建议。 本文内容一共由四个章节组成。第一章系统地对本文的研究背景、研究意义、国内外研究现状及研究趋势进行了介绍。第二章分别对投资基金“老鼠仓”的相关知识，特征及其影响进行了介绍。第三章对投资基金“老鼠仓”的成因及其危害进行了根源分析。第四章在前文分析的基础上，对投资基金“老鼠仓”的问题提出了一些可行性治理建议。 关键词:投资基金；老鼠仓；法律监管 Capital funds- the Issue of Rat Trading and the Research of the Governance for the Rat Trading Abstract Under the premise of the rapid development of the financial market, the fund has important practical significance for the stable development of the financial market.To play a positive role in the financial market further, based on the "rat trading" of investment funds as the research object, objectively analyses the insufficient in the process of developing the financial market operation and its reasons, on this basis, combining with advanced mode and successful experience at home and abroad, investment fund "rat trading" problems to provide some feasible Suggestions.
