摘要

一直以来三农问题深受党中央的高度关注，出台新的政策方针，旨在让农民的生活得到改善、收入增加、幸福感提高。党的十九大提出了乡村振兴战略，更加说明了党中央为解决三农问题的恒心和和意志。乡村振兴规划对蓝天白云、绿柳青山的新农村建设作了周全的谋划部署，绘画出了一幅产业发达、环境优美、农村文明、管理有效、生活富足的乡村生活景象。贵州政府为解决好本省农村经济的发展，加快农村经济发展，提出了实施意见和规划。在政府的引导和各金融机构的通力合作下，贵州金融支持的力度不断增加，金融的供给也在不断增加，乡村振兴取得了实际性的成效，同时贵州金融支持乡村振兴发展在实施的过程中存在许多的问题。
因此，本文将从理论基础、发展现状和发展的重难点对贵州乡村振兴发展进行研究分析。首先，对金融支持及其理论基础进行分析，通过对乡村振兴战略规划的解读，为贵州金融支持乡村振兴提供理论依据。其次，对贵州金融支持乡村振兴的现状进行分析，了解其现状，发展贵州乡村振兴的重点和难点。最后，针对贵州乡村振兴的重难点提出解决问题的措施。

Research on Guizhou Financial Support for Rural Revitalization

Abstract

The Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) has been paying close attention to the issues of agriculture, rural areas and farmers, and has issued new policies aimed at improving farmers' lives, increasing incomes and improving their sense of happiness. The rural revitalization strategy proposed at the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC) further demonstrates the perseverance and will of the CPC Central Committee to solve the problems concerning agriculture, rural areas and farmers. The rural revitalization plan has made a comprehensive plan and arrangement for the construction of new countryside with blue sky, white clouds and green willow and green mountains, and painted a picture of rural life with developed industries, beautiful environment, rural civilization, effective management and rich life. In order to solve the problem of rural economic development and accelerate rural economic development, Guizhou government has put forward the implementation opinions and plans. Under the guidance of the government and the full cooperation of financial institutions, Guizhou's financial support continues to increase, so does the financial supply, and rural revitalization has achieved practical results. At the same time, there are many problems in the implementation process of Guizhou's financial support for rural revitalization and development.
Therefore, this paper will study and analyze Guizhou's rural revitalization development from the theoretical basis, development status and development difficulties. First, it will analyze the financial support and theoretical basis, and provide theoretical basis for Guizhou's financial support for rural revitalization through the interpretation of rural revitalization strategic planning. Secondly, it analyzes the current situation of rural revitalization of financial knowledge in Guizhou, understands the current situation, and finds the key and difficult points of rural revitalization in Guizhou. Finally, in view of the important and difficult points of Guizhou's rural revitalization, put forward the measures to solve the problems.
