招商银行零售业务研究

摘 要


招行需要想进一步发展零售业务,必须再次进行零售业务转型。此次更高的资本要求、利润扩张难、批发占比高、零售占比低等问题,促使招行开发数字+金融的零售业务模式,率先发展零售业务,占据了先发优势,但随着零售进程的推进,各行纷纷赶超,招行逐渐失去先发优势,在此情形下,主要以招行的零售业务作为研究对象,采取定量和定性的分析方法,总结招行零售业务发展过程及采取的策略,并对其最终的结果进行一个分析(通过指标进行论证,即零售金融业务、零售贷款),与前面采取的策略进行互相验证,并分析招行之前进行零售业务转型的内在逻辑及内在动力,探索招行目前零售业务存在的主要问题,提出解决问题的措施,推动招行的零售业务能够迅速的再次得到发展。

Abstract

China Merchants Bank needs to further develop retail business, must carry on the retail business transformation again. The higher capital requirements, the difficulty of profit expansion,the high proportion of wholesale, the low proportion of retail,prompted China Merchants Bank to develop the retail business model of digital finance and take the lead in developing the retail business. However, with the advance of the retail process,China Merchants Bank has gradually lost its first-mover advantage. In this case, the retail business of China Merchants Bank China Merchants Bank as the research object,adopts quantitative and qualitative analysis method,summarizes the development process and strategy of China Merchants Bank's retail business,and makes an analysis of its final results (through indicators, that is, retail financial business, retail loans), To verify each other with the previous strategies, and to analyze the internal logic and internal power of the transformation of retail business before China Merchants Bank, to explore the main problems existing in China Merchants Bank's current retail business, and to put forward measures to solve the problems. Promote the retail business of China Merchants Bank can be-developed.
