中国人寿云南省分公司保险运营之研究
摘 要
本文的研究目的是从分析保险行业龙头企业“中国人寿保险公司”的内外部运营方式及现状,再结合阅读资料、数据整合和SWOT模型对中国人寿保险公司在运营过程中面临的优势、劣势、机遇、挑战进行一个全方位的分析,从而总结出中国人寿保险公司的运营方式与同行的差异,以此明确中国人寿保险公司再运营过程中需要改进的地方。主要研究的问题是从分析保险公司运营模式现状出发,分析归纳了打造高效能保险营销团队的重要性,主要探讨现阶段保险营销团队建设与管理中存在的主要问题,提出建设高效能保险营销团队要点。企业的运营发展模式是企业前进的主要动力,对企业效益起到直接担负责任,只有确保运营团队的高效化、专业化,才能提高企业市场竞争力,才能推动企业快速发展。

Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to analyze the internal and external operation mode and current situation of "China Life Insurance Company",the leading enterprise in the insurance industry, and then make a comprehensive analysis of the advantages, disadvantages,opportunities and challenges faced by China Life Insurance Company in the operation process by combining with reading materials, data integration and SWOT model, so as to summarize the operation mode and current situation of China Life InsuranceCompany In order to make clear the differences of the same industry, the paper points out the areas that need to be improved in the re operation process of China Life Insurance Company. The main research problem is from the analysis of the status quo of the insurance company's operation mode, analyzes and summarizes the importance of building anefficient insurance marketing team,mainly discusses the main problemsexisting in the construction and management of the insurance marketing team at this stage, and puts forward the key points of building an efficient insurance marketing team. The operation and development mode of an enterprise is the main driving force for the enterprise to move forward. It is directly responsible for the enterprise benefits.Only by ensuring the high efficiency and specialization of the operation team,can the enterprise improve its market competitiveness and promote its rapid development.
