摘要：我国寿险业经过将近三十年的发展，已经逐步成为社会保险的重要补充。本文通过对贵州寿险销售发展的影响因素的分析，并在此基础上,针对贵州寿险销售的发展现状本文从寿险品种本身、寿险销售渠道、贵州地区保险意识以及保险业务人员结构方面剖析提出了一系列对策和建议。为推动我国保险行业的进一步发展以及保险政策的制定提供借鉴。

Abstract：China's life insurance industry after nearly three decades of development has gradually become an important supplement to social insurance. Based on the analysis of the factors affecting the development of life insurance sales in Guizhou, and on the basis of the above analysis, this paper analyzes the development of life insurance sales in Guizhou from the aspects of life insurance varieties, life insurance sales channels, insurance awareness in Guizhou and insurance personnel structure. Series of countermeasures and suggestions to promote the further development of China's insurance industry and the development of insurance policy to provide reference.
