摘要：学校教育的关键在于教师。长久以来，不论是家长还是学校都看重的是教师的教学水平和教学成绩，很少有人关注小学教师的职业幸福感。在教师的职业生涯中，教师的职业幸福感占据了很大的一部分比例。教师的职业幸福感不仅影响着教师个人的生活发展，更影响着学生身心健康和成长，最后进一步影响教师的教学质量。教师的职业幸福感是教师做好教育工作的充分条件，是教师生活质量、教学质量的基础，是教师教育事业发展的强大能源。通过对教师职业幸福感的现状以及影响因素等问题进行研究，从而找到提升教师职业幸福感的方法与策略。

Abstract: the key of school education lies in teachers.For a long time, both parents and schools attach importance to teachers' teaching level and teaching performance, and few people pay attention to primary school teachers' professional happiness. In Teachers' career, teachers' professional happiness occupies a large proportion.Teachers' professional well-being not only affects teachers' personallife development, but also affects students' physical and mental health and growth, and finally further affects teachers' teaching quality. Teachers' professional happiness is the sufficient condition for teachersto do a good job in education,the basis of teachers' quality of life and teaching, and the powerful energy for the development of teachers' education.The paper studies the connotation and current situation of teachers' occupational happiness, finds out the factors that affect the occupational happiness of primary school teachers, and then finds the ways to improve teachers' professional happiness.
