小学教师职业幸福感的影响因素及对策研究 摘要:学校教育的关键在于教师。长久以来,不论是家长还是学校都看重的是教师的教学水平和教学成绩,很少有人关注小学教师的职业幸福感。在教师的职业生涯中,教师的职业幸福感占据了很大的一部分比例。教师的职业幸福感不仅影响着教师个人的生活发展,更影响着学生身心健康和成长,最后进一步影响教师的教学质量。教师的职业幸福感是教师做好教育工作的充分条件,是教师生活质量、教学质量的基础,是教师教育事业发展的强大能源。通过对教师职业幸福感的现状以及影响因素等问题进行研究,从而找到提升教师职业幸福感的方法与策略。 关键词:教师职业幸福感,心理饱和感,职业无助感,职业倦怠感 Abstract: the key of school education lies in teachers.For a long time, both parents and schools attach importance to teachers' teaching level and teaching performance, and few people pay attention to primary school teachers' professional happiness.
