中职旅游专业学生课堂问题行为的成因与干预策略


摘要
 
20世纪80年代,国家推行的教育体制改革一方面促进了中等职业教育的发展,另一方面也造成了中等职业教育生源质量普遍不佳的问题。生源资源不佳给中等职业学校的教学和管理带来了诸多挑战,课堂问题行为便是其中之一。中职旅游专业学生在课堂上所表现出来的问题行为影响了中职学校旅游专业的教学工作的正常实施,导致中职学校旅游专业的培养目标无法实现,进而影响了旅游业人才的培养。而旅游业目前已成为国民经济的战略性支柱产业和人民群众最满意的现代服务业,发展前景良好,需要大量的高素质旅游职业人才。因此,研究中职学校学生课堂问题行为的成因并提出干预策略具有十分重要的现实意义。全文共六章,第一章绪论,主要介绍了课题研究的背景与意义、研究的理论基础和研究的思路与方法。第二章借助文献研究法主要介绍了课题的国内外研究综述。第三章主要介绍了中职旅游专业学生课堂问题行为的现状,借助问卷调查法和访谈调查法,对中职旅游专业学生的课堂问题行为的现状进行了较为全面的分析。第四章从教师、学生、家庭和学校四个层面对中职旅游专业学生课堂问题行为的原因进行了分析。第五章在现状及原因分析的基础上提出了中职旅游专业学生课堂问题行为的干预策略。第六章为结语。

Abstract
 
In the 1980s, the reform of education system which carried out by the state ,on the one hand, promoted the development of secondary vocational education. And on the other hand, It caused the poor quality of students in secondary vocational education .The poor student resources bring many challenges to the teaching and management ofsecondary vocational schools, among which classroom problem behavior is one of them. The problem behavior of the tourism major students in the classroom affects the normal implementation of the teaching work of the tourism major in the secondary vocational school, which leads to the failure of the training goal of the tourism majorin the secondary vocational school, and then affects the training of tourism talents. Tourism has become a strategic pillar industry of the national economy and the most satisfactory modern service industry of the people. It has a good development prospect and needs a large number of high-quality tourism professionals.Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study the causes of students' classroomproblem behaviors in secondary vocational schools and find out their intervention strategies. This paper consists of six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly introduces the background and significance of the research, the theoretical basis of the research and the ideas and methods of the research. The second chapter mainly introduces the domestic and foreign research review of the subject with the aid of literature research method. The third chapter mainly introduces the current situation of problem behavior of secondary vocational tourism major students in the classroom,with the help of questionnaire survey and interview survey method, the current situation of problem behavior of secondary vocational tourism major students in the classroom was analyzed comprehensively. The fourth chapter analyzes the causes of classroom problem behaviors of tourism major studentsin secondary vocational schools from the perspectives of teachers, students, families and schools. The fifth chapter puts forward the intervention strategies on the classroom problem behavior of tourism major students in secondary vocational schools based on the analysis of the present situation and causes. The sixth chapter is the conclusion.
