摘 要

 

随着我国科学技术的飞速发展，现代人需要掌握越来越多的知识。俗话说“我们要从娃娃抓起”。其中，学前教育尤为重要，学前教育老师作为影响孩子成长的重要人物，在孩子的成长中发挥着重要作用。认知和智力的发展，态度和价值观的形成，社会和人格的发展，身体和健康的增长，情感的发展以及心理健康在指导和促进中起着重要作用。笔者认为，学前教育很重要，但其背后的师资队伍建设仍然存在不少的问题和不足。在国内学前儿童教学体系中，幼儿教师团队地位在其中具有重要意义，对儿童教育的顺利开展具有重要影响[4]。对目前国内幼儿教师队伍建设加以研究，指出其中存在的问题与不足，并根据问题提出具有针对性的建议措施，从而希望能够帮助国内幼儿教师队伍实现健康发展。笔者将从年龄结构，教育背景，区域环境因素，课堂质量和教学方法等多个方面进行研究。

Abstract

 

With the rapid development of technology in our country,the modern people need to grasp more and more knowledge,Among them, kindergarten education was particularly important. As an important person that affected children's development,children's perception and intelligence in children with therapid development of technology in our country, the modern people need to grasp more and more knowledge. As the saying goes, "we should start from the baby.",Among them, kindergarten education was particularly important.As an important person that affected children's development,kindergarten teachers played an important role in children'srecognition and intellectual development, attitude and values, social and personality development, healthy growth, emotional development and mental health.In my opinion, although early childhood education is important,there are problems and shortcomings in the construction of the teacher team behind it. The situation of the teacher team directly affected the development of our country's early childhood education careerIn the end, it will affect the development of children [4]. This paper makes an analysis of the recent situation and loopholes of the teacher team in our country, and on this basis,puts forward some improvement measures and suggestions, in order to promote the long-term development of the teacher team in our country.The purpose of this study was to investigate the age structure,education background, local environment, class quality and teaching method.
