自我效能感对小学生学习行为的影响研究

摘要

自我效能感指个体对能否达成某种特定成就的一种主观判断。自我效能感与学生的学习态度、学习动机密切相关,对学生的学习成绩也有着无形的影响。自我效能感能够激发小学生形成相应的学习态度和学习动机,更在无形中对学生的学业成绩产生作用。小学阶段是学习态度和学习动机培养的关键时期,学校和家庭、教师和家长要抓住这个关键期,关注小学生自我效能感的发展,对其今后的学习和发展有着很大的帮助。

当前以小学生为研究对象的自我效能感的理论研究较少,因此本文主要阐述了自我效能感的内涵及其理论发展;以及运用案例分析和文献整理法对小学生自我效能感的现状进行了分析;同时探究其对小学生的影响;并提出提高小学生自我效能感的策略。

Research on the influence of self efficacy on primary school students' learning behavior

Self efficacy refers to an individual's subjective judgment of whether a certain achievement can be achieved.Self-efficacy is closely related to students' learning attitude and learning motivation, and also has an invisible influence on students' academic performance.Self efficacy can stimulate students to form the corresponding learning attitude and motivation, and also has an invisible effect on students' academic performance.Primary school stage is the key period for the cultivation of learning attitude and learning motivation. Schools, families, teachers and parents should grasp this critical period and pay attention to the development of pupils' self-efficacy,which will be of great help to their future study and development.

At present,There are few theoretical researches on the self-efficacy of primary school students.This paper mainly expounds the connotation and theoretical development of the self-efficacy.This article uses the method of case analysis and literature review to analyze the present situation of pupils' self-efficacy. This paper discusses the influence of self-efficacy on primary school students.And put forward the strategy to improve the senseof self-efficacy of primary school students.
