| 财务会计勘验在经侦中的应用 摘 要：与传统传销模式相比，新时代传销作为一种新型犯罪模式， 具有更大的迷惑性和隐蔽性，日益威胁和危害着国家经济安全和社会稳定。 公安机关必须采取得力措施，努力破解新时代传销犯罪治理中现存的困境和难题， 对其进行严密防范和严厉打击才能保护人民群众生命财产的安全。 本次研究对新时代传销犯罪的概念进行阐述， 分析新时代传销犯罪具有多样化、网络化、隐蔽性强，破坏力大等特征。 了解到公安机关在侦查新时代传销案件的环节常遇到立案难、抓捕难等工作阻碍， 针对这些问题提出了源头打击、调查资金流等解决解决对策。 希望利用本次提出的侦防对策， 能够为公安机关效遏制新时代传销犯罪的泛滥提供帮助。 关键词：新时代传销犯罪案件； 手段； 侦查难点； 对策 Abstract Compared with the traditional MLM model, as a new type of crime model, MLM in the new era is more confusing and concealed, and increasingly threatens and endangers national economic security and social stability. The public security organs must take effective measures to solve the existing dilemmas and problems in the management of pyramid schemes in the new era, and to strictly prevent and crack down on them can protect the people's lives and property. This research expounds the concept of MLM crime in the new era, and analyzes that MLM crime in the new era has the characteristics of diversification, networking, strong concealment, and great destructive power. Knowing that the public security organs often encounter difficulties in filing and arresting MLM cases in the new era, they have put forward solutions to these problems such as source attacks and investigating the flow of funds. It is hoped that the detection and prevention countermeasures proposed this time can help the public security organs to effectively curb the proliferation of pyramid schemes in the new era.
