摘要

消防炮是消防行业发展的核心设备,具有射程远、流量大、灭火效率高的特点。 随着消防技术的发展,细水雾灭火得到了充分的应用。 细水雾灭火具有用水量少、清洁无污染的优点,可用于清除雾霾和灰尘。 传统的消防细水雾枪和细水雾抑尘系统存在系统压力高、工作成本高等问题。 本文通过对细水雾消防炮的结构设计、流道和喷嘴的模拟优化, 设计了一种工作压力低、雾化效果好的细水雾消防炮。 该优化设计方法为提高消防炮的性能提供了参考。 本文首先介绍了研究背景,综述了国内外消防炮及其射流特性的研究发展现状, 重点介绍了直流射流和喷雾射流在消防炮中的形成原理和应用, 确定了本文的研究内容和需要解决的关键问题。 其次,提出了消防炮的设计要求,确定了消防炮的总体设计方案, 详细设计了消防炮流道和喷嘴的结构参数,提出了鸭嘴收敛喷嘴的设计方案。 对消防炮的流动能量损失和喷嘴口的流速进行了计算和校核。

Abstract

Firefighting gun is the core equipment for the development of firefighting industry, which has the characteristics of long range, large flow and high fire-fighting efficiency. With the development of fire technology, water mist fire extinguishing has been fully applied. Water mist fire extinguishing has the advantages of less water consumption, clean and no pollution, and can be used to remove haze and dust. The traditional water mist gun and water mist dust suppression system have the problems of high pressure and high working cost. In this paper, a kind of water mist fire gun with low working pressure and good atomization effect is designed through the structure design, the simulation and optimization of the flow channel and nozzle. This optimization design method provides a reference for improving the performance of fire gun. Firstly, this paper introduces the research background, summarizes the research and development status of fire cannon and its jet characteristics at home and abroad, emphatically introduces the formation principle and application of DC jet and spray jet in fire cannon, and determines the research content of this paper and the key problems to be solved. Secondly, put forward the fire gun design requirements, determine the overall design of the fire gun, detailed design of the fire gun flow channel and nozzle structure parameters, put forward the duck nozzle convergent design scheme. The flow energy loss of fire gun and the flow velocity of nozzle are calculated and checked.
