导师风格对研究生学习行为的影响研究




摘 要: 按照研究背景、研究内容(方法)、研究结论和研究价值的逻辑顺序,重新组织摘要。
 
随着在读研究生人数的逐年增长,影响研究生学习行为的因素也日益被各学者所重视。在采用问卷调查法、Pearson相关系数法、线性回归与中介检验的方法,研究了控制型、支持型导师风格在研究生学习行为的表现上起到的影响作用,并分析了研究生自我效能感在其中的中介作用。实证研究结果表明,控制型导师风格对研究生的自我效能感和学习行为没有影响,研究生自我效能感在控制型导师风格影响研究生学习行为中无法起到中介作用;支持型导师风格对研究生的自我效能感与学习行为都产生正向影响的作用,并且研究生自我效能感在支持型导师风格影响研究生学习行为起到完全中介的作用;同时,研究发现,在研究生们的学习行为中,男生所受到自我效能感的影响大于女生。因此,认为高校应该多鼓励导师采取支持型的指导方法,来提高研究生的学习行为。

Abstract
 
As the number of graduate students has increased year by year,the factors that influence the learning behavior of graduate students have also been paid more and more attention by scholars. Using the methods of questionnaire survey,Pearson correlation coefficient method,linear regression and intermediary test,it studies the influence of controlling tutor style and support tutor style on graduate students' learning behavior, and analyzes the mediating role of graduate students' self-efficacy. The empirical research results show that: the controlled tutor style has no effect on the self-efficacy and learningbehavior of graduate students, and the self-efficacy of graduate students did not play a mediating role in the influence of controlling supervisor style on graduate students' learning behavior;the supportive tutor style has a positive effect on the self-efficacy and learning behavior of graduate students, and the self-efficacy of graduate students plays a completely intermediary role in the supportive tutor’s style influencing graduate students’ learning behavior. At the same time, boys are more affected by self-efficacy than girls in learning behavior.Therefore, it is believed that colleges and universities should encourage tutors to adoptsupportive guidance methods to improve the learning behavior of graduate students.
