| 护患双方ICU探视信念与态度差异比较研究 【摘要】目的 探讨护患双方对ICU探视信念与态度的差异。方法 选择某三级甲等医院ICU护理人员220例及在调研ICU接受治疗患者的家属130例为研究对象，采用ICU探视信念与态度问卷（Beliefs and Attitudes toward Visitation in ICU Questionnaire，BAVIQ）中文版探究护患双方ICU探视信念与态度的差异。结果 护患双方ICU探视信念量表总分均值分别为（2.63±0.32）和（2.99±0.30）；态度量表总分均值分别为（4.56±1.36）和（5.90±1.41）。两者在ICU探视信念总分、态度总分及信念各维度得分差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。结论 患者家属较护理人员更认为ICU探视有益，持有更加积极的态度；改革ICU探视制度时应考虑护患双方的诉求差异，以最大限度地满足双方的探视需求。 Abstract ObjectiveThe aim of this study was to compered the beliefs and attitudes toward ICU visiting between nurses and patients.MethodsA total of 230ICU nurses and 130 patients’ families were surveyed from October to November 2014. The Chinese version of BAVIQ was used to evaluate the beliefs and attitudes of both the nurses and patients’ families.ResultsOn the items assessing beliefs, the median score was 2.63±0.32 for nurses and 2.99±0.30 for patients’ families. On the items assessing attitudes, the median score was 4.56±1.36 for nurses and 5.90±1.40 for patients’ families. The beliefs and attitudes score of nursesand patients’ families have statistically significant differences(P＜0.05). ConclusionsThe nurses’ believed the effect of visiting were positive and the patients’ families hold more positive attitudes.
