| 老年心血管疾病患者运动康复的研究 摘要 全球都处在老龄化人口急剧增加的阶段，排在第一位的老年杀手疾病时心血管疾病。因此对于该疾病的康复和预防措施最主要的就是进行一定程度的锻炼。文章先对论题研究背景进行了介绍以及相关概念的简述，同时对于这些不同患者的具体情况采取了不同的运动手段和方式方法，以及康复场地的选择和结果评估进行了进一步的分析和了解，旨在能够帮助心血管疾病患者提供合适、科学的康复建议 关键词：老年患者；心血管疾病；康复运动 Abstract With the increasing number of aging population,cardiovascular disease has become the leadingcause of death for the elderly, and moderate exercise is an important part of the rehabilitation of cardiovascular disease for the elderly. In this paper, different rehabilitation exercise methods,implementation places and evaluation of elderly patientswith cardiovascular diseases at home and abroad were summarized, in order to provide reference for elderly patients with cardiovascular diseases to carry out rehabilitation exercise at home in the future.
