摘要：浙江省是我国茶叶生产量最大的一个省份，也是我国茶叶出口量最大的一个省份，而茶叶则是作为浙江省的传统产业，拥有者巨大的价格优势、资源优势、地理优势，一直在浙江省的国民经济中占有极为重要的地位；但是，就近年以来绿色贸易壁垒不断地完善和提高技术检验标准，使我国茶叶出口贸易不容乐观，浙江省在出口茶叶价格、劳动力成本和资源优势已逐步失去了以往的比较优势。本文主要通过研究绿色贸易壁垒对浙江省茶叶出口的影响为基点，对浙江省茶叶出口现状和受到绿色贸易壁垒影响进行总结分析，运用文献研究法、定性分析法与定量分析法以及比较分析法对研究课题进行理论证实。综合得出在绿色贸易壁垒下，浙江省茶叶出口必须打造自身品牌效应，结合国家战略布局引进新型人才创新茶类品种，以此提升浙江省在对外贸易上的国际地位。

The influence of green trade barrier on tea export

——Take Zhejiang Province as an example

Abstract: Zhejiang Province is China's largest tea production province,but also China's largest tea exports of a province,and tea is as a traditional industry in Zhejiang Province, the owner of huge price advantages,resource advantages, geographical advantages, has been in Zhejiang Province's national economy occupies a very important position; Labor cost and resource advantage have gradually lost their previous comparative advantage. This paper mainly by studying the impact of green trade barriers on tea exports in Zhejiang Province as the basis point,the current situation of tea exports in Zhejiang Province and affected by green trade barriers to summarize and analyze, the use of literature research methods, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis methods and comparative analysis of the theoretical confirmation of research topics. Comprehensively, under the green trade barrier,Zhejiang tea export must build its own brand effect, combined with the national strategic layout to introduce new talent innovative tea varieties, so as to enhance Zhejiang Province's international position in foreign trade.
