摘 要

在“走出去”战略和经济全球化浪潮的双重驱动下，中国企业对外直接投资（OFDI）迅速上升，国内经济也呈现出快速增长的态势。当前我国已经步入新常态阶段，为了推动经济增长的模式转变，中国政府适时提出了“一带一路”倡议。为此，本文基于政府政策的视角，通过利用描述统计的方法，搜集给下那个政府公布的OFDI数据，统计分析，全面评估了“一带一路”倡议对于中国企业OFDI的政策影响，初步得出了政府应该发挥政策的引导作用，加强国际合作的广度和深度，加大对非国有企业的扶持力度，完善海外投资法律体系的建议。

Opportunities and Challenges of Chinese Enterprises' OFDI under the background of the Belt and Road Initiative

Abstract

Driven by the "going out" strategy and the wave of economic globalization，OFDI by Chinese enterprises has been rising rapidly， and the domestic economy has also shown rapid growth. At present， China has entered the new normal stage，and the Chinese government has put forward the "Belt and Road" initiative in order to promote the paradigm shift of economic growth. To this end， based on the perspective of government policies，this paper collects the OFDI data published by the governmentthrough the use of descriptive statistics，statistical analysis，and a comprehensive assessment of the policy impact of the "One Belt， One Road" initiative on Chinese enterprises' OFDI， and initially concludes that the government should play a guiding role in policy， strengthen the international cooperation The preliminary recommendations are that the government should play a guiding role in policy， strengthen the breadth and depth of international cooperation， increase support for non-state enterprises， and improve the legal system for overseas investment.
