中美贸易争端下杭州跨境电商出口发展对策分析

摘 要


跨境电商作为贸易新业态异军突起,交易规模与市场规模快速增长,对我国整体国际贸易的贡献率越来越高,成为带动我国国际贸易的新增长点。2018年以来的中美贸易摩擦引发了全国跨境电商产业的动荡,作为“全国电子商务中心”的杭州在此次贸易寒冬下仍然维持较高的跨境电商发展水平,并展现了较高的抵御风险的能力。但是,由于中美两国的贸易争端,杭州在紧张的贸易形势下,跨境电商企业面临着来自产品、物流、价格等多方面的竞争压力,基于这样的形势,本文从杭州跨境电商发展的实际情况出发,结合中美贸易摩擦的大背景,从成本、物流、知识产权、品牌建设等角度探究现阶段杭州跨境电商企业面临的困境与发展难题,并提出提高产品的核心竞争力、加大自有品牌的建设力度、降低跨境电商企业的发展成本、完善跨境物流体系、健全知识产权制度、运用贸易争端解决机制的出口发展对策。

Abstract

Cross-border e-commerce, as a new form of trade,has become a new growth point in China's international trade, with the rapid growth of transaction scale and market scale, and its contribution rate to China's overall international trade is getting higher and higher.The Sino-Us trade friction since 2018 has triggered the turmoil of the cross-border e-commerce industry across the country. Hangzhou, as the "national e-commerce center",still maintains a high level of cross-border e-commerce development in the cold winter of trade, and shows a high ability to resist risks.However, because the two countries trade disputes, Hangzhou in the intense trade situation,cross-border electricity business enterprise face competition from products, logistics,price pressure, based on the situation, in this paper,starting from the actual situation of Hangzhou cross-border electricity development, combined with the background of Sino-Us trade friction, from cost, logistics, intellectual property, brand construction and so on angles to explore the present Hangzhou cross-border predicament and development problem of the electric business enterprise, and put forward to speed up the perfection of the intellectual property system, enhance the core competitiveness, improve the cross-border logistics system, intensify the building of the independent brand development countermeasure of exports.
