旅游服务贸易现状及其对我国的启示

摘 要


当今世界,在服务贸易总额结构中所占比重中最高的是旅游进出口贸易额,旅游业也成为了各国发展经济时着重扶持和建设的产业。伴随着我国从1978年进行改革开放,并且不断深入,我国社会经济发展步入了一个新的阶段,旅游服务贸易规模也随之逐年扩大。但自2009年以来,我国旅游服务贸易逐渐呈现逆差发展态势,这一态势的规模逐年扩大。因此,针对我国旅游服务贸易的发展现状,有必要制定相应的战略,充分发挥我国丰富的旅游资源,实现我国旅游服务贸易的可持续发展。
本文概述了世界旅游服务贸易和中国旅游服务贸易的现状。再运用定性、定量的研究方法,通过对近年来我国旅游进出口贸易额、出入境旅游人数统计等数据的分析,提出我国当前旅游服务贸易中存在诸如:宣传力度不够、产品结构单一、旅游服务贸易缺乏国际竞争力、服务质量不高等问题。最后,对促进我国旅游服务贸易可持续发展提出加强基础设施建设、打造品牌效应、加大宣传投入、培养高素质人才、加强市场监管等针对性建议。

Abstract

In today's world, the total import and export trade of tourism has taken up thelargest proportion of the total trade in services,and tourism has become one of the industries with the greatest development potential in various countries. With the deepening of China's reform and opening up since 1978,the scale of tourism service trade has been expanding year by year, accelerating the pace of China's social and economic development. However, since 2009, China's tourism service trade has experienced atrend of deficit development, with the deficit expanding year by year. Therefore, in view of the development status of China's tourism service trade,it is necessary to formulate corresponding countermeasures to give full play to China's rich tourism resource advantages, so that China's tourism service trade can develop sustainably.
This article summarizes the situation of the world tourism servicetrade and the current situation of China's tourism service trade. Then using qualitative and quantitative research methods,through the analysis of the statistics of China's tourismimport and export trade volume and the number of inboundand outbound tourists in recent years, this paper points out the problems of insufficient publicity, single structure of tourism products, lack of international competitiveness and low quality of tourism services in China. At last, it puts forward some suggestions to promote the sustainable development of tourism service trade in China,such as strengthening infrastructure construction, building brand effect, increasing propaganda investment, training high-quality talents, strengthening market supervision and so on.
