中国商业银行实施国际化战略过程中的自我提升策略

摘 要:近年来,以中国商业银行、中国银行、建设银行为代表的中国商业银行已加快了国际化进程。但从整体上来说,中国银行国际化的步伐还是显得较为缓慢,尤其商业银行跨国经营中的不足和弊端,导致国际竞争力不强。因此,如何在残酷的竞争中求生存,求稳定,求发展,提升自身国际竞争力,是中国商业银行实施国际化战略中所必须面对的问题。本文结合当前中国商业银行跨国经营的发展进程与现状,运用SWOT分析法深入分析了中国商业银行国际化发展中面临的机遇与挑战,以及自身具有的优势和劣势,认识当前存在的问题和不足,最后提出中国商业银行实施国际化过程自我提升一些策略和建议。

Abstract: In recent years, China's commercial banks, the Bank of China, China Construction Bank as the representative of China's commercial banks have accelerated the process of internationalization. But on the whole, the pace of internationalization of China's banks is still relatively slow, especially the lack of commercial banks and multinational operations, resulting in international competitiveness is not strong. Therefore, how to survive in the fierce competition, seek stability, development, and enhance their international competitiveness, China's commercial banks in the implementation of international strategy must face the problem. In this paper, combined with the development process of the current commercial bank China transnational management and the present situation, using the SWOT analysis method in-depth analysis of the opportunities and challenges of commercial banks Chinese internationalization development, and has its own advantages and disadvantages, understand the current problems and deficiencies, proposed the implementation of the internationalization process of self promotion some strategies and suggestions of commercial banks after the Chinese.
