摘要

建筑业总产值占国内生产总值的大部分，在我国具有举足轻重的地位，但建筑也是一个高危产业，近年来建筑业发生的事故逐年上升，死亡人数也是不胜枚举，给家庭可能带来毁灭性的伤害，给社会和国家也会带来危害，而人的不安全行为是事故发生的首要因素，由于我国建筑工人身份的特殊性，主要由农名工组成，他们大多学历低，素质较差，没有经过特殊的培训，这导致了他们在进行建筑生产时安全能力低、安全认知差、安全意识薄弱等等的问题，这些因素就是导致不安全行为的原因，所以解决这些问题成了安全生产的首要任务，本文分别针对影响建筑工作人员不安全行为产生的因素，提出解决不安全行为的方法。

Abstract

The gross output value of the construction industry accounts for most of the GDP andplays an important role in our country, but construction is also a high-risk industry. In recent years, accidents in the construction industry have construction industry has increased year by year, and the number of deaths is numerous,which may cause devastating harm to the family and harm to society and the country. Human unsafe behavior is the primary factor of accidents.Because of the particularity of the status of construction workers in ourcountry, they are mainly composed of farmers,most of whom have low education,poor quality and no special training, This leads to the problems of low safety ability, poor safety cognition, weak safety consciousness and so on. These factors are the causes of unsafe behavior,so solving these problems has become the primary task of safety production. This paper puts forward the methods to solve the unsafe behavior according to the factors that affect the unsafe behavior of construction workers.
