基于关键链的x软件项目进度管理研究


摘要
 
教育信息化在中国依然处于发展的初级阶段,具有跨行业协同、进度管理难度大的特点,尤其企业往往缺乏相关行业经验,使得项目团队在进行相关任务规划上缺乏科学性,也缺乏对实际项目进行中资源冲突的考虑。上述问题直接导致了当前X项目的开发出现了项目进度管理混乱、进度延迟的问题。需要对其进度进行科学有效的管理,以改进企业在项目进程中存在的管理问题,确保按校方要求准时交付。
 
本文首先基于目前已有的文献理论,论述国内外相关研究现状。然后描述X项目在开发中相关人员的组织结构以及实际的管理计划,分析并找出其中的问题。笔者分别使用计划评审技术和关键链项目管理方法对项目进行分析、管理。改进了X项目在进度管理中任务分解不当及资源冲突导致的项目延期问题。最后,笔者展示了使用相关方法后收到的成效,本文发现:使用关键链法对项目进度计划管理进行优化,对于项目的工期缩短有着正向影响。证实了基于关键链的管理方案适合运用于该项目,为X项目的管理提供理论指导和实践模板,也为改善其他类似项目的项目管理现状提供了研究依据。

ABSTRACT
 
Education informatization is still in the initial stage of development in China,which is characterized by cross-industry collaboration and difficulty in schedule management. In particular, enterprises often lack relevant industry experience,which makes the project team lack scientific planning for related tasks and lack of consideration for resource conflicts in actual projects. The above problems directly lead to the confusion of projectschedule management and delay in the development of X project. It is necessary to manage the progress scientifically and effectively,so as to improve the management problems existing in the project process and ensure the timely delivery according to the requirements of the school.
 
Firstly, based on the existing literature theory,this paper discusses the related research status at home and abroad. Then describe the organizational structure and actual management plan of the relevant personnel in the development of X project, and analyze and find out the problems. The author uses program evaluation and review technique and critical chain project management methods to analyze and manage the project. The problem of project delay caused by improper task decomposition and resource conflict in schedule management of X project is improved. Finally, the author shows the results obtained after using the relevant methods.This paper finds that optimizing the project schedule management with critical chain method has a positive impact on shortening the project duration. It is proved that the management scheme based on critical chain is suitable for this project,which provides theoretical guidance and practical template for the management of X project,and also provides research basis for improving the project management status of other similar projects.
