工程项目施工阶段的造价控制 摘 要 在国家的严厉调控政策下,房价开始趋于稳定,甚至有下降的可能。在这样的形势下,制约房地产开发企业发展的关键因素之一就是如何控制好工程的造价,也是房地产企业将要面临的巨大挑战。 如今工程越来越多,造价成本的控制也越来越重要。可一些工程在这个阶段中没有控制管理好造价,以至于项目的效益减少。因此如何控制项目的施工阶段中造价成本是很重要的。本文以天泽项目为案例,结合运用大学中所学的工程管理、工程造价等专业科目的相关知识,和国内外建筑企业施工阶段项目造价管控的经验与知识,还有项目工程中实施的施工阶段关于造价控制的知识,探讨工程项目在施工阶段中造价控制存在的不足之处,探寻加强这一阶段的造价的控制和管理的措施,科学利用资金,最大程度发挥效益。 关键词:造价管理与控制;施工阶段;施工组织;合同 Abstract Under the state's strict control policy, house prices began to stabilize, and even may decline.
