天猫“特乐福食品专营店”运营分析

摘 要:以“天猫特乐福食品专营店”为例,发现它存在着运营、财务,特别是B2C模式下店铺运营的问题,运用案例分析和文献综述分析了它的运营管理现状、店铺点击率、引流方式及运营模式存在的问题,针对它存在的问题提出了改善组织架构、成本控制、探索创新型网络支付方式,增强客户体验为改善目标的提升策略。

Operational Analysis of Tmall’s "Telefu Food Specialty Store"

Abstract:Take the “TMALL Telefu Food Franchise Store” as an example, found that it has operational, financial,especially B2C mode of store operations, using Case Analysis and Literature Review,this paper analyzes the current situation of its operation and management,the click-through rate of its stores,the drainage pattern and the problems existing in its operation mode, in view of its existing problems, this paper puts forward improving organization structure, cost control, exploring innovative network payment methods, and enhancing customer experience as the goal of improvement.
