基于Solidworks工件喷涂机器人结构设计
摘 要
如今,喷涂工艺已不少见。喷涂机器人与其它的人工设备相比,可以改善效率、节约涂料,并且可以大大提升产品良率。然而当今国内市场上的喷涂机器人仍然存在着许多弊端,需要我们进行不断的完善。设计一种具有防静电喷头、喷涂外观漂亮、灵动性强且满足工作条件的喷涂机器人具有重要意义。
本文是参照市场上所使用的产品,选择出结构方案。然后查找资料,分析当前喷涂机器人存在的弊端,对其进行设计和改进。主要包括整体结构的设计、腕部、喷头及管道部分进行优化设计、以及控制系统的改善,并且使用SolidWorks对其进行建模。
本文思路清晰,设计出的产品灵活性好,具有一定的通用性,它可在恶劣的环境下工作,后期维修方便,使用年限高,具有良好的市场价值。

Abstract
Nowadays, the spraying process is not uncommon.Compared with other manual equipment,spraying robots can improve efficiency, save paint, and can greatly improve product yield. However, spraying robots on the domestic market still have many drawbacks, which require us to continue to improve. It is of great significance to design a spraying robot with anti-static spray nozzle,beautiful spraying appearance, strong flexibility and meeting working conditions.
This article selects a structural plan with reference to the products used in the market.Then look for information,analyze the drawbacks of the current spraying robot, and design and improve it. It mainly includes the design of the overall structure,the optimized design of the wrist,sprinkler and pipe parts, and the improvement of the control system, and it is modeled by SolidWorks.
This article has a clear idea, the designed product is flexible, and has a certain versatility.It can work in harsh environments,is convenient for later maintenance, has a high service life, and has a good market value.
