基于plc的地铁排水系统控制设计


摘 要
 
地铁站排水管系统是地铁站供水,排水及防灾减灾系统的关键设备之一。立即排空地铁站中存储的水对于汽车的正常运行和各种电气设备的维护具有关键的实际意义。该系统使用西门子PLCS7-200PLC的226CPU和扩展控制模块以及少量的小继电器来代替传统的继电器-交流接触器控制系统,并用PLC梯形图的“软接线控制网络组成”代替传统继电器。由继电器组成的有线控制路径,根据设定的命令为每个储水箱安装水泵,并为每个储水箱的水位线实现实时监控系统。当电动机出现常见故障时,它将立即发出警报,并在一定时间后紧急情况下终止系统。在对系统处理技术进行深入分析的基础上,明确提出了系统的控制规则,并明确了系统的控制方案。本文的设计方案提供了地铁站排水管控制系统的手机软件和硬件配置,并合理地完成了地铁站排水管系统的逻辑控制,安全控制,故障检测和对策。此外,还完成了泵阀控制的自动化技术和智能系统,大大降低了电气设备控制系统的复杂性,提高了自动化技术水平,提高了整个系统的稳定性。经过实验室的仿真和调整后,系统可以可靠地工作。

Abstract
 
Subway drainage system is one of the key equipment of subway stationwater supply, drainage and disaster prevention and mitigation system. The immediate emptying of the water stored in the subway station is of key practical significance for the normal operation of the car and the maintenance of various electrical equipment. The system uses 226 CPU and extended control modules of Siemens PLCS7-200PLC and a small numberof small relays to replace the traditional relay-AC contactor control system,and replaces the traditional relay with the "soft wiring control network composition" of the PLC trapezoid diagram. The wired control path composed of relays installs water pumps foreach storage tank according to the set command and realizes real-time monitoring system for the water level line of each storage tank. When the motor has a common fault,it will immediately issue an alarm and terminate the system in an emergency after a certain period of time. Based on the deep analysis of the system processing technology,the control rules of the system are clearly put forward, and the control scheme of the system is clarified. The design scheme of this paper provides the mobile phone software and hardware configurationof the subway station drainage pipe control system, and reasonably completes the logic control,safety control, fault detection and countermeasures of the subway station drainage pipe system. In addition, the automatic technology and intelligent system of pump valve control are completed, which greatly reduces the complexity of the control system of electrical equipment,improves the level of automation technology and improves the stability of the whole system. After the simulation and adjustment of the laboratory, the system can work reliably.
