| 误吸标志物的研究进展 【摘要】 误吸是口咽部异物经声门进入下呼吸道的过程，目前临床上缺乏早期快速精准诊断误吸的方法。本综述通过归纳总结误吸生物标志物的相关研究，分析目前检测误吸常用的胃蛋白酶、α-淀粉酶、胆汁酸以及其他潜在标志物的研究现状、检测方法、临床应用价值，并展望了未来研究面临的挑战和发展方向。 【关键词】 误吸；生物标志物；胃蛋白酶；α-淀粉酶；胆汁酸 [Abstract] Aspiration is the process of oropharyngeal foreignbody entering the lower respiratory tract through the glottis. Currently, there is no method for early,rapid and accurate diagnosis of aspiration in clinical practice. In this review, we summarized relevant studies on aspiration biomarkers,analyzed the current research status,detection methods and clinical application value of pepsin, α-amylase, bile acid and other potential biomarkers commonly used in the detection of aspiration, and prospected the challenges and development direction of future research.
