细胞焦亡在骨肉瘤中作用 摘要:骨肉瘤是临床上一种常见的原发性恶性骨肿瘤,其早期易发生转移,治疗方法单一,治疗效果不佳。近几年,发现细胞死亡的新模式——焦亡,通过炎症小体激活半胱天冬酶(caspase),进而切割GSDM蛋白,使GSDM蛋白活化作用在细胞膜上识别受体,从而使细胞发生裂解。焦亡已被报道与心血管疾病、糖尿病等疾病密切相关。一些研究发现焦亡可影响肿瘤的增殖、侵袭和迁移,并受非编码RNA和其他分子的调控。因此,我们从肿瘤细胞焦亡的调控机制以及焦亡在肿瘤中的作用入手,探索肿瘤中潜在的诊断标志物,为癌症的治疗和预防提供新思路。 Osteosarcoma (OS) is a common primary malignant bone tumor in clinical practice, which occurs in teenagers and quinquagenarian.Incipient stage ,Osteosarcoma has distant metastasis,the single treatment,unfavourable prognosis.Scientists found that a new model of cell death is pyroptosis,Caspase is promoted activation by inflammatory,leading to the cleavage of GSDM protein, making GSDM protein effect recognition receptors on cell membrane,cracking the cells.Pyroptosis has been reported with diabetes nephropathy and atherosclerotic diseases .Some studies have found that pyroptosis can affect the tumor’s proliferation ,invasion and migration, and influenced by some non-coding RNA and other molecules.Therefore,we starting from the regulatory mechanism of tumor cell pyroptosisand the role of pyroptosis in tumors,exploring potential diagnostic markers in tumors and contributing to the prevention and treatment in cancers.
