| 二程放疗计划在肿瘤调强放疗中重要性的研究 ［摘要］ 目的：探讨肿瘤调强放射治疗中进行二次放疗计划的可行性。方法：选取２３例接受静态调强放射治疗的肿瘤患者。在接受15-25次放疗后再重新定位扫描进行靶区的勾画与计划的设计，完成接下来的治疗。分析二次计划当中危及器官的体积量、最小照射量、最大照射量及平均照射量。结果：进行了二次放疗计划的患者靶区的体积量有不同程度的减少。靶区及危及器官的最小照射量、最大照射量及平均照射量也出现了不同程度的降低。结论：在肿瘤放疗中进行二次放疗计划可使放射治疗更加精确，且很大程度减小了治疗副反应的发生，具有极大的实践意义。 ［关键词］ 二程放疗计划；肿瘤；调强放疗 A Study OF the importance of replanning radiatiotherapy in IMRT ［Abstract］ Objective:To explore the feasibility of replanning radiotherapy plan for intensity-modulated radiotherapy (IMRT). Methods: 23 patients with tumor receiving IMRT were selected. After 15-25 fractions of radiotherapy, the repositioning scan is performed to design the target area and plan for the next treatment. The volume, minimum exposure, maximum exposure and average exposure of organs in the two plan were analyzed. Results: the volume of target area in two radiotherapy plans decreased to varying degrees. The minimum exposure, maximum exposure and average exposure of target areas and organs were also reduced to varying degrees. Conclusion: two radiotherapy plans in tumor radiotherapy can make radiotherapy more accurate and reduce the occurrence of side effects to a great extent, which is of great practical significance. ［key words］replanning radiotherapy ;cancer;IMRT |
