大环内酯类药物对细菌生物膜影响的研究进展
摘要 大环内酯类抗生素是临床常用抗生素,其抗菌谱广且对细菌生物膜对肺炎链球菌的抑制作用强细菌生物膜是临床持续感染的主要原因之一。流感嗜血杆菌(Haemophilus inflienzae, Hi)主要寄生于人体呼吸道内,属于条件型致病菌。在一定条件下可导致患者出现慢性阻塞性肺炎、慢性鼻窦炎、肺囊性纤维化等呼吸系统感染和分泌性中耳炎,且较多数感染的发生与细菌生物膜(biofilm,BF)有关,大环内酯类抗生素是目前临床应用广泛的抗生素,在上述疾病中取得了肯定的疗效,本文对流感嗜血杆菌生物膜及大环内酯类药物对其作用进行了综述分析。

Research Progress of the Effect of Azithromycin on Biofilm of Haemophilus influenzae
Abstract Haemophilus influenzae mainly parasitize in the respiratory tract which are conditional pathogens. Under certain conditions they can cause chronic obstructive pneumonia, chronic sinusitis, pulmonary cystic fibrosis and secretory otitis media, and most of the infections are related to the occurrence of bacterial biofilm. macrolide antibiotics are one of most used antibiotics in clinical, which achieved a positive effect the disease in the above, this paper focuses on biofilm of Haemophilus influenzae and effect macrolide antibiotics works on.
