随着移动多媒体技术的飞速发展和智能手机的普及，手机不仅给我们的生活带来了便利，而且给我们带来了一些不容忽视的问题。作为最容易接受新事物的群体，大学生也是手机用户的主要群体，他们在手机依赖方面的问题尤为突出。一方面，本研究调查了大学生手机依赖和心理韧性的现状，并进一步探讨了手机依赖和心理韧性之间的关系。采用手机依赖指数量表、中国版心理韧性量表为调查工具，调查北京师范大学珠海分校在校大学生300人，其中男生150人，女生150人。研究结果表明：

Research on the Relationship between Mobile Phone Dependence and Psychological Resilience of College Students

Abstract

Due to the rapid development of mobile multimedia technology and the continuous popularity of smart mobile devices,mobile phones bring convenience to our lives, but also bring us some problems that cannot be ignored. College students, who are the most receptive to new things and also the main groupof mobile phone use, have particularly prominent problems in mobile phone dependence. On the one hand, this study investigates the current situation of mobile phone dependence and psychological resilience of college students,and further explores the relationship between mobile phone dependence and psychological resilience of college students. Using the Mobile Phone Dependency Index Scale and the Chinese Psychological Resilience Scale as the survey tools,300 college students in Beijing Normal University Zhuhai Branch were investigated, including 150 male students and 150 female students. The results show that:

1.College students have a high level of mobile phone dependence and psychological toughness

2.There is a significant negative correlation between psychological resilience and mobile phone dependence

3.Psychological resilience can significantly negatively predict the level of mobile phone dependence
