摘要：农村公共产品供给是促进农村经济发展的重要路径之一，农村公共产品和公共服务对农村发展和农民生产生活发挥着重要作用，要促进新农村建设，必须补齐农村人居环境和公共服务的短板。以湖北省荆山市永隆镇陶家岭村为例，经过向其村民委员会访问和数据调查，发现当前农村公共产品供给存在供给主体单一和供给不平衡、不充分等现象，严重影响了脱贫工作的开展，十分不利于缩小城乡差距。通过对陶家岭村公共产品供给现状的分析，提出相应的可行性政策。

Research on the Problems and Countermeasures of the Supply of Public Goods in Rural Areas of China

—— A Case Study of Taojialing Village, Jingshan City

Abstract：The supply of rural public goods is one of the important ways to promote rural economic development. Rural public goods and public services play an important role in rural development and farmer’s production and life. To promote the construction of new countryside, we must make up for the shortcomings of rural living environment and public services. This paper takes taojialing village, Yonglong Town, Jingshan City, Hubei Province as an example, through interviews with its villager’s committee and data survey, finds that the current supply of rural public goods is single, unbalanced and insufficient, which seriously affects the development of poverty alleviation and is not conducive to narrowing the gap between urban and rural areas. Based on the analysis of the current situation of public goods supply in taojialing village, this paper puts forward the corresponding feasible policies.
