智能化系统在绿色建筑项目中的发展现状与前景分析


摘 要
 
一直以来,智能建筑与绿色建筑是两大互不相干的概念,然而在实际的应用当中,智能建筑的智能化系统也逐步在绿色建筑中使用,且随着《绿色建筑评定标准》的修改,和leed国际认证的更新,时至今日,绿色建筑实际上已经离不开智能化系统的帮助,尤其在节能方面,水、电、煤、风都需要智能化系统去控制各机电设备的启停。本文采用文献分析法结合案例分析法,在如今智能化系统在绿色建筑项目中的发展现状的基础上,着重于室内空气质量方向,以上海联想大厦4楼西侧为研究主体,分析智能化系统的前景。希望能为未来的后继研究者提供专业领域的资料支持和帮助。

Development status and Prospect Analysis of intelligent system in green building project
 
abstract
 
For a long time, intelligent building and green building are two unrelated concepts.However, in practical application,the intelligent system of intelligent building is gradually used in green building. With the revision of green building evaluation standard and the update of LEED international certification, today, green building is actually inseparable from the help of intelligentsystem, especially in energy saving On the other hand, water, electricity,coal and wind all need intelligent systems to control the start and stop of mechanical and electrical equipment. Based on the current development of intelligent system in green building projects,this paper focuses on the direction of indoor air quality,taking the west side of the fourth floor of Shanghai Lenovo building as the research subject, and analyzes the prospect of intelligent system.It is hoped that it can provide professional information support and help for future researchers.
