业余羽毛球爱好者核心力量常用训练方法手段的研究

摘要


作为一项典型的隔网对抗性项目,羽毛球的力量素质不容忽视。但多数业余羽毛球爱好者在打球时只注重技术练习,忽略了专项力量素质练习,对羽毛球力量练习中核心力量认识及练习就更加少了。文章对羽毛球力量练习中核心力量做出简析,阐释与核心力量相关的概念,着重介绍羽毛球爱好者核心力量常用训练方法与手段的研究,借用瑞士球、平衡板等作为训练器械,以单器械练习法、综合器械练习法和不借助任何器械练习为训练方法,通过文献资料法、逻辑分析法和专家访谈法得出,通过核心力量训练可以提高击球的稳定性、可以提高动作的稳定性和连贯性、以及可以避免运动损伤的发生。以期让大家能对核心力量在羽毛球运动中的重要性有认识,与对相关研究提供借鉴,希望能给羽毛球爱好者正确训练提供一定的帮助。

Abstract

As a typical netting confrontational projects,the power of the badminton quality cannot be ignored. But most amateur badminton lovers only notice when playing technology practice, ignoring the specific strength quality training,strength training of badminton core strength in the understanding and practice is even less. Paper core strength in the practice of badminton forces analysis, interpretation and core strength related concepts,introduces the badminton lovers core strength training methods and means of research, borrow the Swiss ball,balance board, as the training equipment, such as in a single instrument practice,comprehensive instrument practice and practice for training method without using any equipment, through the literature material method, logic analysis and expert interview method, through the core strength training can improve the stability of strokes, can improve the stability and consistency of action, and can avoid the occurrence of sports injury. In order to let everybody to know the importance of core strength in badminton, finally points out that the training methods and training programs,hoping to provide certain reference for badminton lovers right training.
