摘要:
体育强则国家强,国运兴则体育兴。建设体育强国一直是国家发展的需要。其中篮球运动一直是一项受人关注的运动项目,大家对NBA和CBA等比赛的关注度也一直很高。因为篮球运动具有独特的魅力,同时篮球运动也是一门简单易学容易入门的运动项目。所以在高校也十分受学生们的喜欢。但是篮球运动是一项对抗性较强的运动,打篮球时可能因为相互碰撞和快速的移动而产生运动损伤。运动损伤是指在体育运动中而产生的各种损伤,而篮球运动中有许多和跑、跳有关的动作,所以篮球运动造成的损伤中最常见的就是踝关节的损伤。找出篮球运动损伤的因素,研究其规律,减少或避免篮球运动所造成的运动损伤,对提高篮球运动水平,延长其运动寿命,有着极其重要的现实意义。

Abstract: Sports strong is the national strong, national sports Xing is sports.Building a sports power has always been the need of national development.Basketball has always been a sport of concern,and the attention paid to games such as the NBA and CBA has been high. Because basketball has a unique charm,while basketball is also an easy to learn and easy to get started sports. So in colleges and universities are also very popular with students.But basketball is a more confrontational sport,playing basketball may be due to collision and rapid movement of sports damage. Sports injury refers to all kinds of injuries caused in sports,and basketball has a lot of movements related to running and jumping, so the most common injury caused by basketball is ankle injury. It is of great practical significance to find out the factors of basketball injury, study its law,reduce or avoid the sports injury caused by basketball, and improve the level of basketball and extend its sports life.
