汉代循吏的教化之道及其当代借鉴价值 摘要 循吏是产生于汉代并在社会治理中扮演着“亦吏亦师”角色的特殊官僚群体,而汉代循吏在社会治理中更加注重德治教化功能,其教化观的历史缘由有三:一是“雅”“俗”文化的互相影响,二是儒家“寓治于教,教以导政”的思想影响,三是“以吏为师”的历史传统。汉代循吏的教化之道主要是通过劝课农桑、劝学兴教、移风易俗等途径进行,其教化之道对当代中国的社会治理具有重要的借鉴价值,启示我们,要:遵从“先富后教”、“以吏为师”与“德主刑辅”的循吏教化理念,不断推进我国治理体系与治理能力现代化。 The way of indoctrination in the Han Dynasty and its contemporary reference value Abstract Follow-up is a special bureaucratic group that originated in the Han Dynasty and played the role of "also teacher" in social governance, while the Han Dynasty follow-up in social governance pays more attention to the function of moral governance,the historical reasons of its conceptof indoctrination are three: First, the mutual influence of "Ya" and "popular" culture, second, confucianism "in teaching, teaching to guide the government" ideological influence, and third, "to teach as a teacher" historical tradition. The way of indoctrination of the Han Dynasty is mainly carried out through the way ofpersuading farmers, persuading students to learn and teach, and changing customs, etc., and its way of indoctrination has important reference value to the social governance of contemporary China, and enlightens us to: follow the concept of "rich first,taught later", "teacher as a teacher" and "moral punishment auxiliary",and constantly promote the modernization of China's governance system and governance capacity.
