三江程阳桥景区游客满意度
摘要
随着游客越来越大的旅游意向和我国旅游市场的持续发展,旅游行业的竞争变得越来越激烈。国内旅游市场不断增长,市场发展前景广阔,其中很多旅游市场凭借开发其独特的旅游资源赢得游客的喜爱。新游客的竞争成为了竞争热点。因此,激烈市场竞争迫使三江程阳桥景区重视游客满意度,并不断完善和提高服务质量。
本文结合三江程阳桥景区的发展背景,结合所学专业理论知识及国内外学者提出的游客满意度的理论和相关评价指标体系,根据三江程阳桥景区的实际发展情况,在分析并提出三江程阳桥景区游客满意度的影响因素的基础上,从景区环境、景区住宿、景区交通、景区餐饮、景区购物、景区娱乐、景区服务与管理等七个维度设计了三江程阳桥景区游客满意度评价指标体系。其次,采用了SPSS软件对收集到的问卷数据进行信度检验和效度检验,问卷总体有效。另外,经过对问卷整体分析,找出影响三江程阳桥景区游客满意度的问题。最后提出解决问题的对策,提高三江程阳桥景区的满意度。

With the increasing tourism intention of tourists and the sustainable development of China's tourism market, the competition in the tourism industry has become more and more fierce.The domestic tourism market is growing and has a bright future. Many of them win the favor of tourists by developing their unique tourism resources.The competition of new tourists has become a hot spot.Therefore, the fierce market competition forces Sanjiang Chengyang bridge scenic area to pay attention to tourist satisfaction, and constantly improve and improve the service quality.
Based on the development background of Chengyang bridge scenic spot in Sanjiang, combined with the professional theoretical knowledge and the theory and related evaluation index of tourist satisfaction put forward by domestic and foreign scholars,According to the actual development of Chengyang bridge scenic spot in Sanjiang, this paper analyzes and puts forward the influencing factors of tourists' satisfaction,This paper designs the tourist satisfaction evaluation index system of Chengyang bridge scenic spot in Sanjiang from seven dimensions: scenic environment, accommodation, transportation, catering, shopping, entertainment, service and management.Secondly, SPSS software is used to test the reliability and validity of the collected questionnaire data, and the questionnaire is generally effective.In addition, through the overall analysis of the questionnaire, we find out the problems that affect the satisfaction of Chengyang bridge scenic spot in Sanjiang. Finally, the paper puts forward the countermeasures to improve the satisfaction of Chengyang bridge scenic spot.
