疫情常态化背景下在校大学生旅游消费行为研究——以滁州学院为例

摘要:2019年年末爆发的新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情对中国市场经济产生了较大的影响,其中旅游业作为敏感度较强的行业受到的影响尤为明显。以滁州学院在校大学生旅游消费市场为例,通过文献研究和问卷调查的方法,得出在疫情防控进入常态化的阶段在校大学生的旅游消费行为呈现出目的地的短途性、出行方式的安全导向性、消费项目的求异性以及总体旅游消费的谨慎性的特征,这主要受到当前信心恢复程度、旅游成本、安全需求以及个性化需求的影响。基于此,作为旅游企业应该提高企业经营的效率、创新旅游项目、加强疫情安全管理力度与相关部门建立伙伴关系等以此来进一步开发在校大学生旅游消费市场。此外,作为在校大学生经此一疫应该注意自身的心理调节从而克服心理疫情,树立旅游安全意识同时也应该坚持理性消费从而实现健康旅游消费。

A study on the characteristics of tourism consumption behavior of college students under the background of epidemic normalization take Chuzhou college as an example

Abstract:The outbreak of Covid-19 at the end of 2019 had a great impact on China's market economy, with the tourism being particularly affected as a sensitive industry. In Chuzhou college undergraduates tourism consumption market, for example,by the methods of literature study and questionnaire survey,it is concluded that the epidemic prevention and control into the normalized phase of tourism consumption behavior of college students present a short of the destination and transportation safety guidance overall tourism consumption, consumption of the opposite sex and cautious sexual characteristics, this basically is the current level of confidence restored, travel cost, safety requirements and the impact of individual needs. Based on these, tourism enterprises should improve the efficiency of business operation,innovate tourism projects, strengthen epidemic safety management and establish partnerships with relevant departments and so on in order to further develop the tourism consumption market of college students. In addition, as college students after this epidemic should also pay attention totheir own psychological regulation to overcome the psychological epidemic,establish a sense of tourism safety and should also adhere to rational consumption.
