摘要：针对管理会计在万众集团中的应用情况以及存在的问题，提出了管理会计在万众集团中的应用策略，首先阐述管理会计的基本概念，内容以及职能，其次采用作业成本法分析管理会计在万众集团中的应用情况，进行作业认定，克服了原有成本模式下的弊端，最后，根据万众集团在管理会计应用中出现的缺乏管理科学意识，专业素养不高以及成本管理方法不恰当等问题提出一系列的解决措施，为建立良好的管理会计应用环境奠定基础，对管理会计进行科学的管理，增强服务型管理和企业核心竞争力的综合目标，提高公司利益。不仅为促进万众集团管理会计目标与企业发展战略互相协调起到一定的借鉴作用,也能够为其他公司管理会计应用起到借鉴作用。

ABSTRACT: In view of the application situation and existing problems of management accounting in Wanzhong Group, this paper puts forward the application strategy of management accounting in Wanzhong Group. Firstly, it expounds the basic concepts, contents and functions of management accounting; secondly, it analyzes the application situation of management accounting in Wanzhong Group by using activity-based costing, and identifies activities, which overcomes the disadvantages of the original cost model; finally, according to the lack of management scientific awareness in the application of management accounting in Wanzhong Group, A series of measures are put forward to solve the problems of low professional quality and inappropriate cost management methods, which lay the foundation for establishing a good application environment of management accounting, carry out scientific management of management accounting, enhance the comprehensive goal of service-oriented management and enterprise core competitiveness, and improve the interests of the company. It can be used for reference not only for promoting the coordination between management accounting objectives and enterprise development strategies of Wanzhong Group, but also for the application of management accounting in other companies.
