| 陕西省物流企业融资环境现状分析及对策 内 容 摘 要 随着我国经济市场体系的逐步完善和金融市场的飞速发展，成功的商业融资已成为商业发展的关键。由于市场的发展需求，新的融资方式层出不穷，融资渠道复杂。对于物流行业中的中小企业来说，传统融资方式的条件相对严格，这使得中小企业很难成功融资。如何选择融资方式，了解不同融资方式的融资规模和时机，是企业在融资前需要仔细分析和研究的主题。 本文通过对陕西省物流企业融资研究，从企业的融资渠道、融资风险、融资成本等视角对问题进行系统分析，结合企业融资理论与陕西省物流企业的实际情况，发现陕西省物流企业存在资本运作压力大，信用度不高，信贷缺乏竞争力，融资渠道较少，融资受社会环境影响等问题。并提出选择合适的融资方式、建立企业信用等级、拓宽融资渠道、完善陕西物流企业融资体系环境等对策。 关键词：物流企业 融资结构 融资方式 Analysis and Countermeasures of financing environment of logistics enterprises in Shaanxi Province Abstract With the gradual improvement of China's economic market system and the rapid development of financial market, successful commercial financing has become the key to commercial development.
