【摘要】：本文对首创股份公司经营状况、行业地位及行业特征、前景进行了简要分析，基于波特五力模型分析环保工程及服务业的竞争状态，从而得出首创股份公司在行业中处于龙头地位，自身实力强大，各方面都占据优势。最后，再分析企业经营上的课题，探索问题原因的同时，将相应的竞争策略与企业自身的条件相结合，从而提出建设性意见。

【Abstract】:This paper briefly analyzes the operation status, industry status, industry characteristics and prospects of shouchuang Co., Ltd., analyzes the competition status of environmental protection engineering and service industry based on Porter&aposs five forces model, and concludes that shouchuang Co., Ltd. is in the leading position in the industry, with strong strength and advantages in all aspects. Finally, it analyzes the problems of enterprise management, explores the causes of the problems, and combines the corresponding competitive strategies with its own conditions to put forward constructive suggestions.
