摘要：钢铁行业是我国国民经济的支柱性产业，我国的钢铁产量常年居世界第一，为我国国民经济的发展奠定了坚实的基础。我国钢铁产业在发展的同时也存在着许多的问题，目前我国钢铁行业主要面临的问题有产能过剩，产业集中程度低，产品结构不合理，区域分布不平衡，环保等问题。这些问题的出现，导致企业财务风险的提高，严重影响钢铁企业的发展。如何有效的控制和规避风险已经成为了企业发展过程中需要面对的重要问题。本文在阅读了大量有关筹资风险分析的相关文献的基础上，分析钢铁行业发展现状，探究安钢集团筹资风险的相关指标，从中发现安钢集团筹资过程中存在的问题，并进行原因分析，寻求有效的风险管理控制措施。

ABSTRACT: Iron and steel industry is the pillar industry of China's national economy.China's steel output ranks first in the world all the year round,which has laid a solid foundation for the development of China's national economy. China's iron and steel industry in the development of the same time there are many problems.At present, China's iron and steel industry is mainly faced with problems such as overcapacity, low industrial concentration,unreasonable product structure, unbalanced regional distribution and environmental protection. The emergence of these problems,lead to the increase of financial risk, seriously affect the development of iron and steel enterprises. How to effectively control and avoid risks has become an important issue that enterprises need to face in the development process.On the basis of reading a large number of relevant literature on financing risk analysis,this paper analyzes the development status of the iron and steel industry,explores the relevant indicators of financing risk of Ansteel Group,finds the problems existing in the process of financing of Ansteel Group, and analyzes the causes to seek effective risk management and control measures.
