| 探析社保费减免对企业生产经营的影响 摘 要 在我国社会经济的高速发展下，关于社保费的社会制度变革的研究有利于完善我国的社会保障机制，对人民生活以及企业的发展产生重要意义。2020年底在突如其来的疫情冲击下，我国企业的生产经营存在一定的困难，在可以保障我国企业可以尽快复工复产的目标下，我国对社保费的征收进行了减免，为企业纾困。本文的研究对象是2020年2月社保费减免改革政策下对企业生产经营的影响，通过对我国社保费改革的历程以及与国外社保费缴纳制度的比较，从社会保障的制度层面分析了社保费改革对我国中小企业生产经营的影响，通过阅读大量的文献及经验总结，深入分析了我国现行的社保费制度所存在的不足，在发现这些问题的基础上，提出了更为适应的制度改革建议。 关键词：社保费；企业减负；社会保障 ABSTRACT With the rapid development of China's social economy, the research on the social system reform of "five social insurance and one housing fund" is conducive to the improvement of China's social security mechanism and has important significance for people's life and the development of enterprises.The research object of this paper is the reform of the "five social insurance and one housing fund" to the enterprise, the influence of the reform of the five social insurance and one housing fund in China and compared with the foreign social security system, from the social security system level analysis of the five social insurance and one housing fund reform to our country small and medium-sized enterprises and institutions, through reading a large number of literature and experience summary, deeply analyzes the current lack of five social insurance and one housing fund system, on the basis of these problems found, more adapt to the reform of the system of suggestion are put forward.
