摘 要

股权激励是目前市场上很多企业为促进公司发展，提升经营业绩的一种方式，这种方式在企业中广泛使用，股权激励的实施是有利于公司稳定核心人才，提高企业的创新研发能力的。本文选取恒瑞医药公司实施股权激励为研究案例，对其实施股权激励的背景、实施股权激励的原因以及最终的实施效果进行了分析，最终得出股权激励对恒瑞医药公司而言能够促进品牌的价值和社会认可度的，通过对恒瑞医药公司股权激励案例的分析，希望能够给其他企业提供借鉴，并且根据自身的情况制定出符合自身发展的股权激励计划，使得股权激励效果最大化。

本文是从财务视角与非财务视角对恒瑞医药公司实施股权激励的效果进行了分析，最终发现恒瑞医药公司只有营运能力方面是稍逊色的，在股权激励下恒瑞医药其他方面都有一定程度的提升。在文章的最后，根据前文中恒瑞意义股权激励的案例分析结果，对恒瑞医药以及其他企业提出了相关建议。

Abstract

This method is widely used in enterprises.The implementation of equity incentives is conducive to stabilizing the company's core talents and improving the company's innovative research and development capabilities. This article first went to Hengrui Pharmaceuticals to implement equity incentives as aresearch case, and analyzed the background of its implementation of equity incentives,the reasons for the implementation of equity incentives,and the final implementation effect, and finally concluded that equity incentives can promote Hengrui Pharmaceuticals. Based on the brand value and social recognition,through the analysis of the equity incentive case of Hengrui Pharmaceuticals,we hope to provide reference for other companies, and formulate an equity incentive plan that suits our own development according to our own situation, so as to maximize the effect of equity incentives .

This article analyzes the effect of Hengrui Pharmaceuticals' implementation of equity incentives from the financial and non-financial perspectives.
