摘要：财务管理是现代经济管理的重要组成部分，是企业管理的基础，是企业内部管理的中枢。财务管理在中小企业中占据着重要地位，财务活动始终存在于企业发展的过程中，目前在中小企业中的财务管理仍存在着诸多问题。中小企业是国民经济的重要组成部分，国民经济持续稳步增长的坚实基础。本文以北京浩丰创源科技股份有限公司为例，主要使用对比分析法和查找文献法对其进行研究分析，使其财务管理方面的问题得以解决。同时，浩丰科技作为中小企业，可以为其他中小企业的发展提供借鉴。

Analysis on the Problems and Countermeasures of Enterprise Financial Management——Take Beijing Haofeng Chuangyuan Technology Co., Ltd.as an example.

Abstract: Financial management is an important part of modern economic management,the foundation of enterprise management, and the center of enterprise internal management. Financial management occupies an important position in small and medium-sized enterprises.Financial activities always exist in the process of enterprise development.At present, there are still many problems in financial management in small and medium-sized enterprises. Small and medium-sized enterprises are an important part of the national economy and provide a solid foundation for sustained and steady growth of the national economy. Taking Beijing Haofeng Chuangyuan Technology Co., Ltd.as an example, this article mainly uses comparative analysis method and literature searchmethod to research and analyze it, so that its financial management problems can be solved. At the same time, Haofeng Technology, as an SME,can provide reference for the development of other SMEs.
