摘要

长期以来，在市场和政府的推动下，中小企业的数量逐渐增多，容纳了社会绝大多数的就业人口，在促进经济增长、改善工作环境等方面有着重要作用。然而，在企业成长过程中，也面临着巨大的融资问题，资金的短缺也较为严重的影响了社会经济的发展。所以为了促进经济的连续、稳定增长必须要找到中小企业融资艰难的应对策略。
本文主要针对我国中小企业融资现状以及融资困难进行分析。从背景环境、社会因素和企业角度分析了中小企业融资的现状和融资困难的原因，并提出了相应的解决方案和措施。本文分为五个部分，第一部分分析融资的定义，融资的内容以及融资的方式；第二部分是通过对于我国中小企业在市场发展中的地位，中小企业融资的方式以及我国中小企业融资困难的原因分析我国中小企业融资的现状；第三部分是通过对“九圣禾种业”案例分析九圣禾企业融资难的原因；第四部分是通过对“九圣禾种业”案例分析九圣禾种业融资困难，从而提出相应的措施；第五部分是针对分析案例得到的启示。本文研究是为了客观分析中小企业融资的现状与问题并分析问题的成因，并且提出措施从而解决当前中小企业融资难的问题。

Analysis of the financing status of small and medium-sized enterprises - take the nine holy species industry as an example

Absrtact

For a long time, driven by the market and the government,the number of small and medium-sized enterprises has gradually increased, accommodating the vast majority of the employed population in society, and has an important role in promoting economic growth and improving the working environment. However, in the process of enterprise growth, there are also huge financing problems,and the shortage of funds has seriously affected the development of social economy. Therefore, in order to promote the continuous and stable growth of the economy,we must find the difficult financing strategies for small and medium-sized enterprises.
This paper mainly analyzes the financing status and financingdifficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises in China. This paper analyzes the current situation of SME financing and the reasons offinancing difficulties from the perspective of background environment,social factors and enterprises, and puts forward corresponding solutions and measures. This paper is divided into five parts: the first part analyzes the definition of financing, the content of financing and the way of financing;the second part analyzes the current situation of financing for small and medium-sized enterprises in China by analyzing the position of smalland medium-sized enterprises in market development,the financing methods of small and medium-sized enterprises and the reasons of financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises in China; the third part analyzes the reasons for the financing difficulties of Jiushenghe enterprises through the case of Jiushenghe seed industry; the fourth part analyzes the financing difficulties of Jiushenghe seed industry through the case of Jiushenghe seed industry, and puts forward the corresponding measures; the fifth part is the inspiration for the analysis of the case. The purpose of this paper is to objectively analyze the current situation and problems of SME financing and analyze the causes of the problems,and put forward measures to solve the problem of financing difficulties of SMEs.
