| ST金刚企业财务困境成因及脱困对策 摘 要 伴随着我国市场经济体制的改革，我国资本市场飞速发展，上市公司规模不断壮大。由于市场竞争日益激烈，机遇与挑战共存，有一些公司便陷入到财务危机中，致使公司股票代码的前面加上了ST或*ST的标识。上市公司一旦被“戴帽”就会面临退市的危险，因此财务困境公司如何改善现状，实现持续发展的研究显得尤为重要。这篇文章以ST金刚为对象，运用文献研究法和案例研究法对其进行了具体分析。选取ST金刚2017年到2019年的财务报表数据，从偿债能力、盈利能力、营运能力、成长能力等方面对所面临的财务困境进行具体描述，并深入挖掘其陷入财务困境的原因，文章的最后提出了一系列与之相适应的解决措施。希望文章的研究有助于ST金刚提升企业经营业绩，从而逐步摆脱财务困境，并对于其他企业提供一定的参考与借鉴。 关键词：ST金刚；财务困境；偿债能力 Abstract With the reform of China's market economy system,China's capital market is developing rapidly, and the scale of listed companies is growing. As competition in the market becomes more intense and opportunities andchallenges coexist, some companies are caught up in the financial crisis, resulting in the company's stock code is preceded by the ST or ST logo. Once listed companies are "wearing a hat" will face the danger of de-listed,so how to improve the status quo, to achieve sustainable development of the research is particularly important. This article is based on ST King Kong, which is analyzed by literature research and case study.Select ST King Kong's financial statement data from 2017 to 2019,describe the financial difficulties faced from the aspects of solvency, profitability, operating ability and growth ability,and dig deep into the reasons for its financial difficulties, and finally put forward a series of appropriate solutions. It is hoped that the research of this article will help ST King Kong to improve the business performance of enterprises,so as to gradually get rid of financial difficulties, and provide some reference and reference for other enterprises.
