| 我国企业集团建立财务共享中心的借鉴意义 摘要：财务共享服务（下文将简称FSSC）已经逐渐在国内企业中遍地开花。科技的飞速发展加速了财务信息化的步伐，为财务管理模式的变革提供了强大的技术支撑，互联网的发展和普及推动了财务管理技术的革新。互联网新技术以移动互联网，云计算，大数据等方式呈现在各大企业面前，冲击着人们的视野，影响着各行各业的发展。这些都为财务共享服务做好了铺垫，有了这些新技术，可以使企业建设成本大大减少，同时还可以享受性能更加优良的FSSC。本文以以财务共享服务和互联网新技术相关理论为依据，以A集团公司为研究对象，深入细致的讨论了财务共享服务的建设前提，发展过程，核心构造，以及互联网新技术在实际工作中的应用，并提出所存在的问题，针对A集团公司提出完善财务共享服务中心的业务流程，定期检测财务信息系统、加强信息化专业技术人员配备等相关建议。 关键词：互联网；财务共享服务中心；A集团公司 Abstract：Financial sharing services (hereinafter referred toas FSSC) have gradually blossomed among domestic enterprises. The rapid development of science and technology accelerates the pace of financial information,provides strong technical support for the reform of financial management mode,and the development and popularization of Internet promote the innovation of financial management technology. New Internet technologies are presented in front of major enterprises by mobile Internet, cloud computing, big data and so on,which impact people's vision and affect the development of various industries. All these have paved the way for financial sharing services.With these new technologies,the cost of enterprise construction can be greatly reduced, and the FSSC. of better performance can be enjoyed at the same time This paper,based on the theory of financial sharing service and new Internettechnology, and taking A Group Company as the research object,discusses the construction premise, development process, core structure of financial sharing service, and the application of new Internet technology in practice.
