| SG集团财务共享服务应用与优化
摘 要
随着经济全球化的迅速发展，跨国公司不断兴起和发展，传统财务模式呈现较大局限性，企业集团开始纷纷寻求新的财务管理模式。财务共享服务模式应运而生。财务共享服务模式作为一种新型财务管理模式在许多跨国集团以及国内大型集团公司中兴起与推广，并实现了规范业务流程、提升工作效率、增强管控能力的目的。而如何对财务共享服务模式的应用进行不断地完善和优化，使其更为顺畅的运行是企业集团和学者们都共同关注的问题，因此对于跨国集团财务共享服务模式的应用和优化进行研究具有重要的理论和现实意义。
本文以跨国公司SG集团为研究对象，首先对财务共享服务模式相关概念、实施关键因素和优势等方面进行国内外文献进行梳理和述评，并结合规模经济理论、流程再造理论、共享经济理论和扁平化理论等相关理论，借鉴了财务共享服务模式的相关概念、分类、适用范围以及模式的选择等内容，对财务共享服务模式进行了探讨与研究。其次以SG集团财务共享服务中心为例，对集团财务共享服务中心的构建背景、发展历程以及运行机制、运行效果以及运行中存在的问题等方面进行了分析；在此基础上，更深入的采取了跨国性项目泰国项目来总结归纳集团财务共享服务中心在业务流程、人员管理、风险管控等方面存在的不足，并提出相应的优化建议。希望通过本文对集团财务共享服务模式应用和优化的研究，可以切实帮助企业完善财务共享服务模式的应用，更好的提升企业竞争力，推动企业成长。

Abstract
With the rapid development of economic globalization and the continuous rise and development of multinational companies,traditional financial models have shown greater limitations, and enterprise groups have begun to seek new financial management models. The financial shared service model came into being.As a new financial management model,the financial shared service model has emerged and promoted in many multinational groups and domestic group companies, and has achieved the purpose of standardizing business processes, improving work efficiency, and enhancing management and control capabilities. How to continuously improve and optimize the application of the financial shared servicemodel to make it run more smoothly is a common concern of enterprise groups and scholars. Therefore, research on the application and optimization of the financial shared service model of multinational groups has important theoretical and practical significance.
This article takes the multinational company SG Group as the research object.First, comb and analyze domestic and foreign literature on the related concepts,implementation key factors and advantages of the financial shared service model,reference to the related concepts, classification,scope of application and model selection of the financial shared service model, to discussed and researched the financial shared service model. Secondly, taking the SG Group Financial Shared Service Center as an example,analyzed the construction background, development history,operation mechanism,operation effect andproblems existing in the operation of the group financial shared service center; On this basis, a more in-depth multinational project Thailand project was adopted to summarize the shortcomings of the group's financial shared service center in business processes, personnel management, risk control, etc., and put forward corresponding optimization suggestions.It is hoped that the research on the application and optimization of the group financial shared service model through this article can effectively help companies improve the application of the financial shared service model, better enhance their competitiveness, and promote their growth.
