| 步步高集团财务共享数字化研究 摘 要 本文将对步步高集团进行整体财务云分析。先分析零售行业的特点和现状以及对步步高集团的主营业务、企业规模、市场竞争力等方面进行介绍，然后分别从财务核算发展历程、成立业务流程对比、业财融合信息系统、共享信息转型手段这四个方面出发，采用传统财务指标全面对步步高集团进行财务分析，并与行业内可比企业相比较，对步步高集团的财务模式进行分析和评价，同时运用相应的风险数据指出步步高集团财务共享数字化进程中存在的问题。这一系列的研究，让我们看到大数据的重要性，在市场中，我们要引导企业积极应对未来的信息化挑战，树立大数据信心，面对风起云涌的市场带给企业的挑战，要稳稳抓住大数据给企业发展带来的发展机遇，提高企业综合竞争力，抢占发展的先机，争取更大的市场份额。顺应时代的发展，追随数字化浪潮强势席卷全球的浪潮，为企业的的战略转型和发展作出贡献。 关键词：步步高集团；大数据；数字化；共享 ABSTRACT This paper makes a comprehensive financial cloud analysis of Bubugao group.This paper first analyzes the characteristics and current situation of the retail industry,and introduces the main business, enterprise scale and market competitiveness of Bugao group. Then it makes a comprehensive financial analysis of Bugao group by using traditional financial indicators from four aspects: the development process of financial accounting, the establishment of business process comparison,the integration of industry and finance information system,and the means of sharing information transformation,Compared with the comparable enterprises in the industry, this paper analyzes and evaluates the financial model of Bugao group, and points out the problems existing in the digital process of Financial Sharing of Bugao group by using the corresponding risk data. This series of research shows us the importance of big data.In the market, we should guide enterprises to actively respond to the future information challenges, establish confidence in big data, actively face the challenges brought by the market,firmly grasp the opportunities brought by big data for their own development,improve the core competitiveness of enterprises, seize the development opportunities, and strive for greater market share.
