摘要：大数据时代的到来，使得人们的工作和生活方式深受互联网技术的影响，由此产生巨大变革。在传统行业增长的背景下陷入低谷甚至面临转型，新兴的电子商务企业为我国经济注入了新的活力。但随着国家的支持以及人们逐渐提高对电子商务的关注度，促使越来越多的企业顺应时代潮流开展电子商务活动，电子商务市场竞争日益激烈。与此同时，在经济全球化背景下，虽获得更为广阔发展空间。但也使得电商企业经营面临着新的挑战和更大风险尤其是财务风险，而对于财务风险管理领域，通过大数据技术可以提高管理的效率，及时降低财务风险，优化企业结构。但也会存在因企业管理理念较为保守以及企业内部结构不合理促使与大数据浪潮产生冲突的情况。本文以京东商城为例，对在充满机遇与挑战的大数据时代下电商企业的财务风险管理进行研究。即借助大数据在京东财务风险管理方面提出建议，提高京东面对财务风险获得竞争优势的能力和吸引更多的电子商务投资者。

Abstract:With the arrival of big data era,people's work and life style are deeply influenced by Internet technology, which has produced great changes. Under the background of traditional industry growth,the new e-commerce enterprises have injected new vitality into our economy. However, with the support of the state and the increasing attention of people to e-commerce, more and more enterprises follow the trend of the times to carry out e-commerce activities, and the competition e-commerce market is becoming more and more fierce. At the same time,in the context of economic globalization, although a broader space for development. But it also makes e-commerce enterprises face new challenges and greater risks,especially Financial risk, but in the field of financial risk management,big data technology can improve the efficiency of management, reduce financial risk in time, and optimize the structure of enterprises. However, there will also be conflicts with the big data wave due to the conservative management concept and unreasonable internal structure of the enterprise. Taking JingDong Mall as an example,this paper studies the financial risk management of e-commerce enterprises in the era of big data full of opportunities and challenges. That is, with the help of big data in JingDong financial risk management, improve JingDong's ability to gain competitive advantage in theface of financial risk and attract more e-commerce investors.
